RDS Front Fork Cartridge System 14mm Piston Rod

The K-Tech RDS (Rod Displacement Damping system) front fork cartridges are a complete replacement damping system engineered to fit directly into the original equipment front forks of the Suzuki GSXR600 and 750 models from 2004-2005 equipped with Showa suspension. Manufactured in the UK with high-grade materials and processes, the RDS system utilizes a 14mm piston rod and a 25mm control piston. This design provides a larger displacement of oil, leading to improved damping performance and offering a race-level experience from the stock forks. The cartridges are equipped with 14 clicks of compression adjustment, 18 clicks of rebound adjustment, and 8mm of preload adjustment. Installation of these cartridges requires specialized tools and techniques, and they are exclusively available through K-Tech authorized dealers to ensure optimal performance and safety. Additionally, these cartridges require K-Tech 36-260- series springs, which must be ordered separately.
