The Garmin Reactor 40 Steer-By-Wire Corepack is designed for powerboats with a Yamaha Helm Master system. It provides an extra hand for captains, allowing for worry-free exploration. Key features include a solid-state 9-axis AHRS for flexible mounting, reaction to sea conditions to maintain course, and simple calibration. It can be controlled from compatible Garmin chartplotters or other Garmin devices. The optional GHC 50 autopilot instrument enhances the experience with a dedicated touchscreen display and data sharing capabilities. When connected to a compatible Garmin chartplotter, it offers powerboat and sailing features like heading hold and step turns, with additional wind hold and tack/jibe when paired with a wind sensor. It also supports advanced route and Auto Guidance+™ features for planning purposes.
