The BDS Suspension BDS114202 is a rear add-a-leaf spring kit engineered to enhance the rear suspension of your 1983-1997 Ford Ranger, 1984-2001 Jeep Cherokee XJ, or 1987-1995 Jeep Wrangler YJ. This kit is perfect for improving handling whether you are hitting trails, towing heavy loads, or undertaking daily driving. Each kit provides a lift height of 1 to 3 inches above the stock springs, with the exact amount varying based on your vehicle's original leaf spring configuration. The BDS114202 kit is designed to reduce axle wrap, contributing to a more controlled and stable driving feel. This add-a-leaf kit is sold as a pair and includes new center pins and leaf alignment clamps for a comprehensive installation. Please note that U-bolts are not included with this add-a-leaf purchase. Installation time is estimated at 2 hours. Order one kit per axle.
