The Opt Offroad rear adjustable control arm kit is a set of high-clearance, high-strength suspension arms designed for 1996–2002 4Runners. These arms provide superior articulation and precise alignment correction for lifted vehicles.

Constructed from thick-wall DOM steel, the arms feature a double-adjustable design for pinion angle correction and axle repositioning. They come equipped with sealed, greaseable Johnny Joints® at all ends to maintain ride quality.

The Opt Offroad rear adjustable control arm kit offers a high-strength solution for 1996–2002 Toyota 4Runner owners looking to improve suspension geometry on lifted rigs. Designed to support up to 4 inches of lift, these arms ensure precise alignment correction, effective pinion angle adjustment, and improved axle positioning, all while maintaining factory-like on-road manners. Built for durability, the kit uses 1.625-inch DOM steel for lower arms and 1.0-inch DOM steel for upper arms, finished with a textured black powder coat for corrosion resistance. The integration of custom Johnny Joints® at all pivot points provides maximum articulation and minimal maintenance requirements. Each arm features machined wrench flats for 1.25-inch and 1.5-inch wrenches, simplifying adjustments in the field. This kit is compatible with factory bolt hardware, which must be reused as no new hardware is included. For enthusiasts building dedicated trail rigs, the manufacturer recommends pairing these control arms with optional lower and upper link reinforcement kits.
