The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2021C-P is a remanufactured complete axle assembly specifically engineered for the 2000 Ford F-150. This unit features a robust Ford 9.75-inch ring gear and a 3.55 gear ratio, coupled with a Posi limited-slip differential for enhanced traction. Each Zumbrota Drivetrain axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process to meet high standards of precision and reliability. This includes comprehensive inspection of the axle tubes for straightness, as well as internal components such as ring and pinions, internal gears, and clutches. All bearings and seals are replaced, and the gears are meticulously inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and set to precise backlash specifications using inch-pound measurements to ensure longevity and quiet operation. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive cleaning procedure involving hydro-blast rinsing and sandblasting, followed by a proprietary shot-peened deep cleaning process. This ensures that all parts meet OEM standards for straightness and surface wear. Key specifications for this axle assembly include a 3.55 gear ratio, rear drum brakes, 14mm wheel studs, and 2.533 OD wheel bearings. It is a semi-floating axle type and includes the cover. Please note that mounting hardware and fluid are not included with this assembly.
