Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2099K is a remanufactured axle assembly designed for 1994-1997 GM S10, S15, and Sonoma 4x4 models without a 3rd shock. This unit is equipped with a 3.73 gear ratio and the G80 Posi Traction system. The remanufacturing process includes inspection of all tubes to ensure they are straightened to OEM specifications, and housings are tested for surface wear and cracks. Internal components, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo a 100% inspection. Furthermore, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are cleaned using a hydro blasting and rinsing process to restore them to an OEM finish. Zumbrota Drivetrain also establishes the correct rolling torque using inch-pound measurements for precision setup and longevity. Please note that this axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. It is built to order and ships when ready.
