The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2322B is a remanufactured rear axle assembly designed for 2014-2018 Ram 3500 trucks equipped with 4WD, Single Rear Wheels (SRW), and a Leaf Spring Rear Suspension. This assembly features a 3.73 gear ratio and utilizes an AAM 11.5-inch ring gear. This specific unit is configured without rear air suspension and without posi-traction, ensuring compatibility with the intended factory setup. The remanufacturing process includes correct rolling torque establishment using inch-pound measurements for precision setup and longevity. Housings are cleaned via hydro blasting and rinsing to restore an OEM finish, and all internal components such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, shims, ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers are inspected or replaced. Housings are also tested for surface wear and cracks, and tubes are straightened to OEM specifications. Please note that this axle assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. It is built to order, with a typical lead time for shipping.
