Description

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-10047C is a remanufactured rear axle assembly specifically engineered for the 2019-2025 Ram 1500 New Body Style equipped with 6-lug wheels. This unit boasts a 3.92 gear ratio and utilizes a robust ZF 9.25-inch ring gear, complemented by an integrated electronic locking differential for enhanced traction and performance. Each axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process at Zumbrota Drivetrain. This includes cleaning all housings with state-of-the-art hydro blasting to restore an OEM finish, and ensuring all tubes are straightened to OEM specifications. The assembly is built with a 100% replacement of all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims. Furthermore, all internal components, including ring and pinion gears, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are meticulously inspected for wear and cracks to guarantee reliability and longevity. The correct rolling torque is established using inch-pound measurements for precision setup.
