The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2294C-P is a remanufactured rear axle assembly built to restore optimal performance and reliability to your Chrysler 9.25ZF-equipped vehicle. This assembly is specifically designed for 2013-2018 Dodge Ram 1500 and 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic models that feature 5-lug wheels, a 3.92 gear ratio, and Posi Traction. Each Zumbrota Drivetrain axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. This includes inspection of all tubes for straightness to OEM specifications and testing of housings for surface wear and cracks. Internal components, such as the ring and pinion, gears, clutch, and carrier, are subjected to 100% inspection. Additionally, all bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced. The housings are then cleaned using a state-of-the-art hydro blasting process to achieve an OEM finish, and correct rolling torque is established for precision setup and longevity.
