Description

The Zumbrota RAA435-2246X1 is a performance-grade rear axle assembly specifically designed for Ford 10.5 applications. This assembly is rebuilt to Zumbrota's highest quality standards, ensuring precision and reliability. All internal components, including ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, are thoroughly inspected and tested. Additionally, all bearings and seals are replaced during the remanufacturing process. Zumbrota employs a rigorous inspection process for each axle assembly, verifying straightness, checking for cracks, and assessing surface wear. The gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and set to the correct rolling torque using precise inch-pound measurements to ensure longevity. The remanufacturing process includes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning. It is compatible with 2005-2007 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty Single Rear Wheel (SRW) trucks.
