Rear Axle Assembly 9.25" ZF Ring Gear 4.11 Ratio 12-Bolt

The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-10047X1 is a performance-oriented rear axle assembly engineered to enhance traction, higher speeds, and towing capabilities. It is built upon a 9.25-inch ZF ring gear with a 4.11 gear ratio and a 12-bolt hexagon cover. This assembly is fitted with Zumbrota's Hardcore cover and includes an electronic Posi Traction (locker) for superior control. Each Zumbrota Performance Axle assembly undergoes a rigorous remanufacturing process. This includes comprehensive inspection and testing of all internal components, such as ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers. Bearings and seals are replaced with new ones, and gears are inspected for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque. Housings are tested for surface wear and cracks, and tubes are straightened to OEM specifications. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process. This rear axle assembly is specifically designed for the 2019-2025 Ram 1500 models with new body style and 6-lug wheels. It is compatible with various engine options including the 3.0L Diesel, 3.6L engines (including Electric/Gas and Mild Hybrid), and 5.7L engines (including Electric/Gas, Mild Hybrid, and standard Gas). It also fits the 6.2L Gas models from 2021 onwards. Note: This assembly does not include hubs, brakes, backing plates, or axle shafts. Fluid is not included and must be purchased separately.
