The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-2119F-P is a remanufactured complete rear axle assembly designed for specific GM 8.6-inch 10-bolt applications. This unit comes equipped with a 4.10 gear ratio and G80 Posi-Traction for enhanced performance and traction. It also features an ABS sensor integrated into the housing. This axle assembly is built to rigorous remanufacturing standards. Zumbrota Drivetrain inspects all tubes for straightness to OEM specifications and tests housings for surface wear and cracks. Internals, including the ring and pinion gears, clutch packs, and carrier, undergo a 100% inspection. Critical wear items such as bearings, seals, crush sleeves, pinion nuts, and shims are replaced with new components. The housing is restored to an OEM finish using a hydro-blasting process, and precise rolling torque is established to ensure optimal setup and extended service life.
