The Zumbrota RAA435-2239X1-P is a ZPA-Rear Axle Assembly built for enhanced performance, offering stronger traction, higher speeds, and improved towing capabilities. This assembly is designed for GM 8.6 axles found in 2005-2007 GM 1500 Pickups and comes with a 4.56 gear ratio and a Duragrip limited-slip differential. Zumbrota rebuilds these axle assemblies to rigorous quality standards, ensuring precision and reliability. Each unit undergoes thorough inspection for straightness, cracks, and surface wear. All internal components, including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers, are inspected and tested. New bearings and seals are installed, and the gears are checked for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct setup using precise measurements for longevity. Custom options such as Positraction and Lockers are available to further enhance performance. The internal and external parts are processed using Zumbrota's exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning, setting a high standard for remanufacturing. The product is not pre-filled with oil.
