This rear axle assembly is built for the AAM 11.5 differential and comes equipped with a 4.56 gear ratio and a Grizzly locker, offering enhanced performance for your driving style. Zumbrota meticulously rebuilds each axle assembly to exacting standards of precision and reliability. The process includes thorough inspection of the housing for straightness, cracks, and surface wear, and all internal components—including ring and pinions, gears, clutches, and carriers—are fully inspected and tested. To ensure longevity and optimal performance, all bearings and seals are replaced, and gears undergo inspection for proper tooth contact patterns and rolling torque. Zumbrota utilizes an exclusive hydro-blast rinse and sandblasting procedure, followed by a proprietary shot-enticed deep cleaning process, setting a high standard for remanufactured axle assemblies. This comprehensive approach ensures that each unit is ready to handle demanding conditions. This specific rear axle assembly is designed for 2003-2008 Ram 3500 Dually models, excluding Cab & Chassis models from 2007-2008.
