The SDHQ Offroad Rear Bed Frame Reinforcement Kit is specifically engineered to address frame flex and bending experienced by the 2010-2014 Ford F-150 Raptor during strenuous off-road activities. Designed and manufactured in-house with a focus on quality, fit, and finish, this kit provides a robust solution to common frame weaknesses. It features 3D CAD design and aims to eliminate the factory weak points found at the rear bump stop location. The kit effectively boxes in the frame around the factory bump stop mount, adding crucial vertical support directly above it and securely tying the frame and bump stop together. The kit includes Grade 8 hardware and comes with a durable powder coat finish. By reinforcing the frame, this kit helps prevent the lower frame from being pushed upwards, which can lead to frame folding under stress.
