Rear Big Brake Bracket Kit

The Performance MRP CBR-RX7 Rear Big Brake Brackets provide an affordable solution for upgrading the braking system on your second generation Mazda RX-7. This kit enables you to utilize larger rear rotors from the FD RX-7 (294mm), significantly enhancing stopping power and helping to combat brake fade during spirited driving or heavy use. Designed to work with your existing FC brake calipers and hardware, the CBR-RX7 kit requires you to supply your own rotors (specifically for 1993-95 Mazda FD RX7) and pads (for 1986-92 Mazda RX7 with vented rear discs). Installation of these brackets requires careful modification, including grinding, of your original caliper brackets and rear hubs. Detailed installation instructions are included to guide you through the process. The kit fits 1986 to 1992 second generation Mazda RX-7 models equipped with vented rear rotors only.
