The StopTech 83.827.002G.71 is a performance-oriented rear big brake kit engineered to significantly enhance your vehicle's braking capabilities. The kit incorporates larger-diameter rotors (345x28mm) which increase heat capacity, allowing for harder braking stop-after-stop with reduced risk of fade. The fully forged calipers are built with patented, removable bridges for increased stiffness and faster braking response, while minimizing pad taper. DOT-compliant braided stainless steel brake lines are included to ensure a quicker, firmer, and more consistent pedal feel. StopTech's Balanced Brake Upgrade® philosophy is central to this kit, ensuring that the front-to-rear brake torque ratio is maintained. This prevents the common issue of excessive front-bias found in some upgrades, which can limit a vehicle's ability to maximize traction. The caliper bore and piston sizes are specifically selected and tested for optimal balance and control, ensuring the pedal remains easy to modulate for precise driver input. This kit includes two rear rotors (345mm x 28mm), two rear calipers, two rear stainless steel brake lines, two rear mounting brackets, and performance street brake pads. All necessary hardware for a complete installation is also provided. Please note that this kit does not fit stock wheels and may require specific wheel fitment verification.
