The EBC Brakes EBC104938 is a set of premium rear brake discs designed as an OE replacement part. Made from G3000 special cast iron, these ventilated discs offer a tensile strength of 150N/m² and a surface hardness deviation of max. 20HB. They feature a precise, X-ray-monitored production process for optimal safety and perfect balancing.

Crafted from G3000 special cast iron, these rear, ventilated discs boast a tensile strength of 150N/m² and a surface hardness deviation of no more than 20HB. EBC emphasizes elaborate production using their own blanks, ensuring superior quality compared to imported components. These discs are manufactured with X-ray-monitored precision and perfect balancing for enhanced safety and optimal performance. They are processed on modern machinery for a perfect finish. The discs are coated with either Thermic Black or a silver-gray coating, providing long-term corrosion protection. Depending on the generation, the coating may be fully comprehensive or applied only to the disc pot, with the friction rings intended to be braked bare. Each set includes two discs for one axle. The OE numbers for reference are MG GBD 90842, MG SDB 1004 60, ROVER GBD 90842, and ROVER SDB 1004 60. These rear brake discs are specifically designed for the Ariel Atom (model years 04-).
