Rear Brake Kit

By integrating advanced brake technology, this kit effectively reduces brake fade and continually cools and refreshes the brake pad surface during demanding driving conditions. The kit includes an extreme lightweight caliper, machined from aircraft-quality billet with a differential bore configuration. This caliper weighs just over 5lbs and features protection grooves for bridge tubes. Standard components include aluminum pistons, high-temperature seals, and stainless steel brake pad wear plates, all contributing to improved pad wear and caliper rigidity over OEM designs. Stainless steel brake lines are also included to prevent expansion under pressure. Designed for performance, most applications feature a 2-piece floating disc assembly that minimizes both rotating and unsprung weight. This floating design also prevents thermal stresses from warping the disc or cupping the braking surface. The unique rotor slot design not only reduces braking noise but also efficiently expels gas and pad debris. For daily driven vehicles, the cross-drilled rotors offer superior cooling compared to slotted alternatives. This specific kit is for the rear of the 2015-2016 Subaru WRX and includes ProComp 2-piston calipers in silver with 304mm (12-inch) cross-drilled rotors.
