The Old Man Emu ARB / OME Coil Spring (part number 2866) is a rear coil spring engineered for demanding 4x4 applications, particularly when carrying heavy loads for remote area travel. Constructed from high-strength micro-alloyed spring steel, these coils are double-scragged before and after shot peening to reduce internal stress and prevent sagging over time. This ensures consistent performance and durability under load. The springs are formed on computer-precision mandrels for exact specifications and guaranteed vehicle fitment, finished with a tough black powder coat for lasting protection. Designed as part of Old Man Emu's integrated suspension systems, these springs prioritize ride control improvements alongside achieving increased ride height.
