The BDS Suspension BDS034205 rear coil spring kit is engineered to precisely tune the spring rate and ride height of your 1.5-inch lifted 2002-2007 Jeep Liberty KJ. As a vital component of your suspension system, these coil springs support the vehicle's body and chassis, allowing your wheels and tires to effectively follow road surfaces. Manufactured from high tensile steel, these direct OE replacement coil springs feature a properly sized wire diameter for enhanced reliability and to prevent premature coil bind. Key features include tapered and roll-pointed leaves that add flexibility and provide an even deflection rate, allowing for smoother transitions during compression. The multi-leaf progressive design contributes to a smooth ride, while anti-friction pads ensure quiet operation. Increased wheel travel is achieved through the tapering, leading to a softer ride, and higher articulation is facilitated by bolt-style leaf alignment clamps that prevent leaf fanning.
