Designed with ultra-modern technology, each spring undergoes a rigorous process including being fully scragged and load tested to eliminate subsequent sag and ensure they meet precise specifications. The manufacturing process includes state-of-the-art heat treatment and high-intensity shot peening for enhanced durability and fatigue resistance. These springs are formed on precision mandrels to achieve exact end configurations, ensuring proper fitment and performance. They are finished with a durable powder coat for added protection against the elements. Dobinsons is known for having one of the world's largest ranges of coil springs, catering to various applications including raised height and heavy-duty 4WD springs, lowered performance passenger car springs, O.E. replacement springs, and heavy-duty commercial vehicle springs. Specifically, the C59-385 rear coil springs are designed to provide approximately 45mm of lift with stock weight or 35mm of lift with 100-200 KGS of additional weight on a Toyota Fortuner SUV (2005-2024). These springs are intended for use with specific Dobinsons shock absorber part numbers, such as the GS59-701, to achieve optimal performance. The design engineers employ the latest coil spring design programs to ensure each spring meets or exceeds requirements for maximum working life, with particular attention paid to variable/progressive rate springs to achieve the best possible ride comfort and handling.
