Rear Coil Springs

The Dobinsons C59-325 rear coil springs are designed to provide a lift for popular Toyota and Lexus SUV models, including the 4Runner, FJ Cruiser, GX470, and GX460. For the Toyota 4Runner (2003-2009), they provide a 1.75" to 2.0" lift with a medium load of up to 200 lbs of accessory load. For the 2010-2024 Toyota 4Runner models, the C59-325 springs yield a 2.25" to 2.5" lift with a medium load up to 200 lbs of accessory load. FJ Cruiser models from 2006-2016 can expect a 2.5" to 2.75" lift with a light load. Each spring is load tested and fully scragged to prevent subsequent sagging and ensure they meet their specifications. Fatigue and hardness testing are also performed using in-house equipment. Advanced design programs are utilized to ensure each spring meets or exceeds design requirements for maximum working life, particularly for variable/progressive rate springs, ensuring optimal ride comfort and handling. It is recommended to pair these new rear coils with new rear shocks, as old shocks may fail prematurely when operating at a new lifted height. Note: If using these coils on a vehicle equipped with KDSS, a 15mm trim spacer should be added to the passenger side coil.
