The Dobinsons C43-163 is a pair of rear coil springs engineered and manufactured in Australia for the Mitsubishi L400 and Delica L400 MV - P Series models produced between May 1994 and March 2007. These springs are constructed using ultra-modern design technology and undergo state-of-the-art heat treatment and high-intensity shot peening for enhanced durability and performance. Each coil spring in this pair is fully scragged and load-tested during the manufacturing process to ensure 100% elimination of subsequent spring sag. This rigorous testing, along with spring fatigue and hardness testing, is conducted using in-house, state-of-the-art equipment to meet ISO9001:2008 international quality standards. The precise end configurations are formed on precision mandrels, and the springs feature a durable powder coat finish.
