These variable rate coils are designed to provide a 2-inch lift and support an additional 220lbs of weight, making them ideal for vehicles carrying extra gear or passengers. Utilizing state-of-the-art design programs and precision mandrels, Dobinsons ensures each spring meets or exceeds design requirements for maximum working life. The springs are fully scragged and load tested 100% to eliminate subsequent sag and maintain specifications, with additional fatigue and hardness testing performed in-house. This rigorous process guarantees a durable powder coat finish and precise end configurations. These coil springs are specifically designed to suit the 3rd Gen Toyota 4Runner (1996-2002), including the Hilux Surf SW4 and Prado 90/95 models (RZJ90, VZJ90, KZJ90, KDJ90, RZJ95, VZJ95, KZJ95, KDJ95). Their variable rate design ensures a balance between ride comfort and load support, adapting to varying driving conditions and cargo loads.
