Rear Crankshaft Oil Seal 80x98x8mm

The Honda OEM 91214-RCA-A01 is a genuine crankshaft oil seal, also referred to as a rear main seal. It features dimensions of 80x98x8mm and is a direct replacement part, ensuring a precise fit. This oil seal is compatible with a range of Honda and Acura vehicles. For Honda models, it fits the Accord (2003-2017), Odyssey (2005-2022), Pilot (2005-2021), and Ridgeline (2006-2021). For Acura models, it fits the MDX (2003-2021), TL (2004-2014), and RDX (2013-2018). When installing the new crankshaft seal, the oil seal bore should be cleaned, and the outer edge of the seal should be coated with a small amount of engine oil. It is important to drive the seal in squarely with the spring side facing inward, using a seal driver or a large socket. After installation, check the garter spring hasn't popped out of place and monitor for any oil leaks at the seal after running the engine. The surface of the crankshaft should be avoided during removal of the old seal to prevent damage.
