The Zumbrota Drivetrain RAA435-229B is a remanufactured rear differential assembly engineered for Ford 10.5-inch axles. This unit features a 4.11 gear ratio and is designed for 2005-2007 Ford F350 models equipped with Dual Rear Wheels and a Cab Chassis configuration. It is specifically intended for applications without Posi Traction. Zumbrota Drivetrain meticulously rebuilds each axle assembly to stringent quality standards. The process includes thorough inspection of axle tubes for straightness, and checks for cracks and surface wear. All internal components, such as ring and pinions, internal gears, clutches, and carriers, undergo comprehensive inspection and testing. To ensure optimal performance and longevity, all bearings and seals are replaced. Gears are precisely set for optimal tooth contact patterns and correct rolling torque, measured in inch-pounds.
