The Verus Engineering rear diffuser is an aerodynamic upgrade engineered specifically for the MK3 Ford Focus RS. By addressing the dead water region behind the hatchback, this diffuser reduces drag and increases downforce to improve overall aerodynamic efficiency and tire grip at speed. Constructed from aluminum and finished in a powdered black coating, the unit features a subtle strake design that integrates with the vehicle's existing body lines. The design process utilized state-of-the-art CFD analysis and in-house scan data to ensure performance gains within the available build volume, resulting in a near OEM fit and finish. Installation is a simple, non-invasive process using a bolt-on design. Each kit includes the rear diffuser, six mounting brackets, and all necessary hardware for a complete install.
