The Verus Engineering Rear Diffuser is engineered to enhance the aerodynamic performance and aesthetics of your Mazda MX-5 Miata (ND generation). This component is meticulously designed using advanced CFD analysis and in-house scan data to minimize drag and reduce lift, thereby increasing downforce and tire grip at speed. The result is improved overall aerodynamic efficiency (L/D ratio) for your vehicle. Constructed from durable 5052-H32 sheet aluminum, the diffuser is CNC laser cut and press brake bent for precision. It features a powder-coated, low-gloss textured black finish and utilizes stainless steel hardware throughout for corrosion resistance and longevity. The unique strake-to-mainplane construction contributes to its effectiveness. The design prioritizes both function and form, offering a non-aggressive strake design that provides a subtle yet clean rear-end enhancement. Installation is a simple, non-invasive bolt-on process, with all necessary hardware included for a seamless fit. The unit is also vertically adjustable to accommodate various aftermarket exhaust systems.
