Overview

It includes custom components to enable a rear disc conversion using off-the-shelf brake parts. The kit features an aluminum large piston caliper that is lighter than OE SVT brakes and OE drums.

This conversion reuses the existing drum spindle and includes CNC laser cut, zinc and yellow dichromate plated bracketry for durability. It also comes with billet caliper spacers and all Grade 10.9 fasteners.

The Massive Speed rear disk conversion system (MABK'3422) provides a comprehensive solution for upgrading your Ford Focus's braking performance by converting the rear drum brakes to disc brakes. This kit contains all necessary custom components to facilitate the conversion, utilizing readily available "off-the-shelf" brake parts that are not included with the kit. The system features an aluminum large piston caliper, which is nearly 3 pounds lighter per side compared to OE SVT brakes and almost 6 pounds lighter per side than OE drums, contributing to reduced unsprung weight. The bracketry is CNC laser cut and finished with zinc and yellow dichromate plating for enhanced corrosion resistance and longevity. Additionally, billet caliper spacers and all Grade 10.9 fasteners are included to ensure a robust and secure installation. The product is compatible with all 1999-2008 Ford Focus models.
