Description

The Performance Online 1963-87 Chevy C20 Rear Disc Brake Conversion Kit allows you to upgrade the rear braking performance of your truck to match its front capabilities. This kit is specifically designed for trucks with an 8-lug bolt pattern and comes standard with GM ratcheting emergency brake integrated calipers. Custom caliper brackets are included, enabling installation on Dana 60 and GM 14 bolt "FULL FLOATING" rear ends. The kit is compatible with rear ends featuring "Bolt On" backing plates. Key specifications for this conversion kit include 12.5-inch rotors, an 8x6.5-inch bolt pattern, and 9/16-inch wheel studs. The designated replacement brake pad SKU for this system is D52. Options are available for caliper finish and rotor type, allowing for customization to suit your needs. Important compatibility notes: This kit is explicitly stated to not work on dually rear ends or semi-floating rear ends. Please verify your rear end type before purchase to ensure proper fitment.
