These organic brake pads are engineered and tested to Ford's rigorous standards, ensuring they meet demanding requirements for performance and durability. They undergo extensive lab and real-world testing, including load tests up to maximum GVW and extreme brake temperature tests. Friction content and formulas are dynamometer tested and designed specifically for each vehicle platform to optimize performance. Motorcraft brake pads are crafted to provide superior reliability and fit right the first time for easier installation. They meet engineering standards for wear, noise, vibration, and dust. Features such as slots, chamfers, and insulators are incorporated to help dissipate heat, reduce fade, eliminate vibration for smooth stops, and dampen noise.
