The UMI Performance 2046 is a rear coilover kit designed for 1982-2002 GM F-Body vehicles. This kit features double-adjustable Viking shocks with 19 stages of compression and rebound adjustment for fine-tuning. It offers a bolt-in installation, requiring only one 3/8” hole to be drilled per side, with no welding needed.

The UMI Performance 2046 Rear Coilover Kit is engineered for 1982-2002 GM F-Body models, including the Camaro and Firebird, providing comprehensive adjustability for ride height, spring rate, and damping. The kit utilizes a double shear upper mount compatible with true 2-1/2” racing coilovers and an FEA-designed lower bracket that leverages existing shock mounting holes, supplemented by an additional reinforcement hole requiring minimal drilling. This kit includes double adjustable Viking shocks, offering 19 distinct settings for both compression and rebound, allowing for precise tuning tailored to specific driving conditions. Customers can select from multiple spring rates: 110lb for drag racing, 150lb for street use, and 175lb or 200lb for autocross and road racing applications. The brackets are constructed from durable 3/16” USA-made mild steel with a powder-coated finish for longevity. The installation is designed to be 100% bolt-in, with included spacers for use with control arm relocation brackets. While the kit is confirmed to work with UMI's 22mm rear sway bar, drag anti-roll bar, and factory rear ends, as well as Moser Engineering and Strange brand rear ends, compatibility with other brands of sway bars or larger diameter control arms is not guaranteed.
