Rear Driveshaft 2.5" x .095" D.O.M. Tubing

The Adams Driveshaft AD-JL-R-1350-CV-EXT is an extreme-duty rear driveshaft engineered for the Jeep JL Wrangler Rubicon, Sport, and Sahara models from 2018 to the present. This heavy-duty component is crafted from 2 1/2" x .095" wall D.O.M. tubing, providing double the strength and abuse resistance compared to factory tubing. The driveshaft features an American-made, 1350 flange-style transfer case yoke for increased angle capability and a forged 1350 U-bolt style pinion yoke. It comes complete with a set of four Grade 10 CV bolts with small heads for easier installation and Loctite application. The driveshaft is painted gloss black for a show-quality finish. This driveshaft is designed to work with tires up to 42" tall. However, it is explicitly stated that this product DOES NOT FIT 4XE models. Compatibility with M200 differentials is noted, with a procedure for exchange if an M200 is discovered during installation. Additionally, depending on the lift kit size and manufacturer, rear upper adjustable control arms may be necessary to properly set the pinion angle. For lifts higher than 4.5", or if the vehicle has coil-overs, a different lift kit brand, a different transfer case, or a different differential, a custom measurement may be required. Adams Driveshaft offers a lifetime warranty on the welds and tubing against breakage due to torque, and a one-year warranty on all other components against defects. The CV Kits and Slip n Stub are considered wear items and require greasing every three months or three thousand miles; failure to maintain these parts voids the warranty.
