The Dorman 986-511 Driveshaft Assembly is designed to restore smooth and efficient power transfer from the transmission to the rear wheels. It's built to OE-compatible standards, providing a precise fit and long-lasting performance with reduced vibrations and improved drivetrain efficiency. This driveshaft assembly is ready to install, fully assembled, dynamically pre-balanced, and made from drawn-over-mandrel (DOM) seamless steel tubing for superior concentricity, uniform wall thickness, and more torsional strength and dent resistance. It features 100% new components (not remanufactured) including tubing, yokes, CV joints, and U-joints. It ships in protective foam-in-place packaging to ensure pristine delivery.
