Description

The Clevite MS-X 1597 is a set of connecting rod bearings designed for Mitsubishi 4-cylinder engines with a 1597cc displacement, produced between 1971 and 1992. These bearings are constructed from a Bi-Metal (aluminum) material and feature 100% lead-free aluminum silicon. The engineering incorporates 60% more silicon than comparable replacements to enhance journal surface conditioning, resulting in improved seizure and wear resistance.
