The Anderson Composites 2018-2023 Dodge Challenger Wide Body Fender Flare Extensions offer a premium upgrade crafted from VIP carbon fiber. The manufacturing process involves spraying resin onto the mold, carefully laying sheets of carbon fiber fabric, and then applying a final resin coat. The entire assembly is vacuum-sealed to cure, ensuring an optimal fabric-to-resin ratio for strength and a lightweight profile. After curing, each part is precisely trimmed and finished with a protective gel coat that is polished to a high luster, eliminating the need for an additional clear coat.
