The Dobinsons Rear Hydraulic Bump Stop Kit (HBS59-019FKK) provides an adjustable solution for enhancing the suspension of the 1991-1998 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 4WD. These kits are ideal for situations where original bump stops are compromised or insufficient, particularly after installing larger tires or a complete suspension overhaul. Constructed with a CNC-machined 50/60mm billet aluminum piston and an EDP-coated 3mm thick 56/66mm steel body, these bump stops feature a threaded body for precise height adjustment. They include interchangeable rubber and hard nylon rod ends, a 30/40mm micro-polished hard chrome shaft, and slow rebound valving to prevent bucking. The design also incorporates a removable dust cover boot for a cleaner appearance, an O-ring travel indicator, and a heavy-duty triple seal design. These units are fully rebuildable, tunable, and nitrogen gas charged, with a tunable range of 100 to 300 PSI, and feature extra-short dead lengths for compact fitment. The kit includes the HBS59-019FK Mounting Kit and HBS56-009 Hydraulic Bump Stops. The compressed length ranges from 382-390mm (15-15.35 inches) to 407-480mm (16-18.9 inches), with body diameters of 56/66mm (2.2/2.6 inches) and travel options of 2-4 or 3-6 inches. The product is specifically designed for the 1991-1998 Toyota Land Cruiser 80 4WD models in factory lift configuration.
