Description

The Dobinsons HBS59-010FK rear hydraulic bump stop mounting kit is engineered to improve suspension performance, particularly when larger tires or a full suspension kit are installed. This kit addresses issues with original bump stops that may be damaged, missing, or unsuitable for upgraded vehicles. Key features of this mounting kit include a durable construction with a CNC-machined 50/60mm billet aluminum piston and a robust, EDP coated 3mm thick 56/66mm steel body. The 30/40mm micro-polished hard chrome shaft ensures longevity, while the slow rebound valving prevents bucking. The kit is fully rebuildable and tunable, with a nitrogen gas charge adjustable from 100 to 300 PSI. It also includes an O-ring travel indicator and a heavy-duty extreme-race style triple seal design for reliability. Installation is facilitated by the threaded body, allowing for precise adjustment of the bump stop clearance height to the axle. It comes supplied with interchangeable rod ends: a super quiet rubber option and a hard nylon option. A removable dust cover boot offers a stealthy appearance when desired. This hydraulic bump stop mounting kit is compatible with a range of Toyota and Lexus vehicles, specifically the Toyota 4Runner (2003-2023), Toyota FJ Cruiser GSJ15 (2006-2010), and Toyota Land Cruiser Prado (2003-2022).
