The Dobinsons L09-8311-R rear leaf spring is engineered to deliver superior ride quality, durability, and load-handling performance for a variety of vehicles. Constructed from premium SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel, this leaf spring is built for long-lasting performance. The manufacturing process is ISO9001:2008-certified and includes features like tapered, thinned leaf ends for balanced stress distribution, shot-peening and scragging to prevent sagging and increase service life, military-wrapped eyes for added strength, anti-friction inter-leaf liners for smoother operation, and high-strength alignment clips with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts to reduce wear and noise. This specific leaf spring offers a load capacity of 300-500Kg and provides a raised height of 50mm. It is designed for applications including 4x4s, trucks, commercial vehicles, and utility vehicles. The product is specifically made for Chevrolet, GMC Sierra, and Silverado 1500 models from 2019 onwards.
