Constructed from premium SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel, the L45-153-R is built for long-lasting performance. The manufacturing process adheres to ISO9001:2008 standards, featuring tapered and thinned leaf ends for balanced stress distribution. To further enhance durability and service life, the springs are shot-peened and scragged to prevent sagging. Additional features include military-wrapped eyes for increased strength and safety, anti-friction inter-leaf liners for smoother operation, and high-strength alignment clips with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts to minimize wear and noise. Fitment should be confirmed prior to ordering to reduce the risk of receiving the wrong product. If a fitment issue arises due to an error on the seller's part or a recommendation from their sales team, they will work with the customer to resolve the issue, potentially waiving restocking fees if the item is in like-new condition. All suspension and accessory items must be returned unused and uninstalled; items showing signs of installation may be refused. Returns must be approved within 30 days of receipt and shipped back within 10 days.
