The Dobinsons TOY-035-R rear leaf springs are meticulously engineered to deliver exceptional ride quality, enhanced durability, and superior load-handling capabilities for a variety of vehicle types. With over 60 years of manufacturing expertise, Dobinsons offers custom-designed options tailored to specific load and height requirements, making them ideal for both comfortable on-road driving and resilient off-road performance. The ISO9001:2008-certified manufacturing process includes shot-peening and snagging to prevent sagging and extend service life. Key features include tapered, thinned leaf ends for balanced stress distribution, military-wrapped eyes for added strength and safety, anti-friction inter-leaf liners for smoother operation, and high-strength alignment clips with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts to minimize wear and noise. These rear leaf springs provide a lift of 45-50mm with stock rear end weight and are designed for vehicles with 35mm eyes. They suit 1980+ FJ40 and BJ40 models, and are compatible with Toyota Landcruiser 40 / 42 Series. The product is sold individually (EACH), with a length of 108 CM and a width specified by the eye size of 35mm.
