Description

The Dobinsons L19-208-R rear leaf springs are engineered to deliver enhanced ride quality, durability, and load-handling performance specifically for the Ford Ranger 2022 on (NON USA models). To further improve smoothness and reduce noise, anti-friction inter-leaf liners are incorporated. The military-wrapped eyes offer increased strength and safety in the event of a main leaf failure, while high-strength alignment clips, complete with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts, minimize wear and reduce operational noise. These leaf springs provide an approximate lift of 40mm (1.5 inches) and are rated for a load capacity of up to 220lb. They are designed as a direct fit for the specified Ford Ranger models, offering an upgrade from stock suspension for those looking to improve their vehicle's handling and load-carrying capabilities. The manufacturing process includes shot-peening and snagging to prevent sagging and extend the service life of the springs.
