The Dobinsons Rear Leaf Spring L59-041-R is engineered for enhanced load-handling and a 50mm (2-inch) lift, catering specifically to vehicles requiring a heavy-duty rear suspension upgrade. Manufactured from premium SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel, this leaf spring is built to withstand harsh conditions and deliver years of reliable service. Its design incorporates over 60 years of Dobinsons' leaf spring expertise, ensuring tailored performance for specific vehicle applications. Key features include drawn, tapered, and thinned leaf ends for balanced stress distribution, and anti-friction inter-leaf liners that significantly reduce friction, leading to a smoother and quieter ride. The springs are ISO9001:2008 certified and undergo shot-peening and snagging processes to prevent sagging and extend service life. Military-wrapped eyes are included for added strength and safety, while high-strength alignment clips with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts help minimize wear and noise. This heavy-duty leaf spring pack is designed to support a constant rear end load of up to 280Kg. It is specifically noted to fit the Toyota Hilux Vigo from model years 2005-2014. Note that greasable bush kits, greasable pins, and U-bolts are available separately and do not come included with the leaf springs.
