The Dobinsons PB45-1068K is a rear polyurethane leaf spring bush kit specifically engineered for the 1986 to 2004 4×4 Nissan Frontier and 4×4 Navara D21 and D22 International models. It's important to note that USA models require the PB45-1108K bushing kit instead. This material choice aims to provide maximum vibration dampening and improve overall cabin comfort. A unique feature of these bushings is their internal diamond grease traps, which help to maximize bush life and significantly reduce squeaking or noise often associated with OE or aftermarket bushings. This kit is suitable for any lift height, including vehicles with no lift. Installation may require the pressing out of OE bushings. While the kit provides the necessary bushings, Dobinsons recommends the purchase of their greasable pin (bolt) kit, sold separately. Adding grease to the pivot points via these greasable bolts is advised to further reduce noise, ensure free suspension movement, and prolong the life of the poly bushings by preventing premature wear from dirt and grit. This kit is compatible with Dobinsons Leaf Springs or any other brand that can accommodate OE-size bushings. One bush kit is sufficient for the entire vehicle.
