The Dobinsons TOY-034-R rear leaf springs are designed to provide enhanced ride quality, durability, and load-handling capabilities. Manufactured from premium SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel, these springs are built to last and are crafted to exacting standards for both on-road comfort and off-road resilience. Key features of the TOY-034-R leaf springs include a tailored design for specific vehicle models and load/height requirements, ISO9001:2008-certified manufacturing with tapered, thinned leaf ends to balance stress, and a shot-peening and snagging process to prevent sagging and extend service life. They also incorporate military-wrapped eyes for added strength and safety, anti-friction inter-leaf liners for smoother operation, and high-strength alignment clips with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts to reduce wear and noise. These leaf springs are specifically designed for the Toyota Land Cruiser 40 and 42 Series, model years 1960-1980 (or up to 1979 as per some listings), with a 4WD drive train. They provide an approximate 1.75-inch lift. Note that greasable bush kits, greasable pins, and u-bolts are available separately and do not come with bushings.
