Description

Built from premium materials and crafted to exacting standards, these leaf springs are ideal for both on-road comfort and off-road resilience. Key features include tailored design for specific vehicle models and load/height requirements, and construction from SUP9 silicon manganese spring steel for long-lasting performance. The manufacturing process is ISO9001:2008-certified, incorporating tapered, thinned leaf ends for balanced stress distribution. These springs are also shot-peened and scragged to prevent sagging and increase service life, and feature military-wrapped eyes for added strength and safety. This specific leaf spring set, the RODE-013-R, is designed for the Chevy Colorado RA / Dmax 1st Gen and provides a lift of 45mm (1.75 inches) with a load capacity of 330lb. The springs incorporate anti-friction inter-leaf liners for smoother, quieter operation and high-strength alignment clips with nylon insulators and Nyloc nuts to reduce wear and noise.
