Description

The Dobinsons L59-048-R is a pair of rear leaf springs specifically engineered for the Toyota HiAce Van 4x2 (2 wheel drive) models, including KDH and TRH variants, manufactured from 2005 onwards. These heavy-load springs are constructed from premium grade Sup 9 silicon manganese spring steel, chosen for its durability and longevity even under harsh conditions. Key design features include drawn, tapered, and thinned leaf ends, which contribute to optimal load distribution and ride quality. Additionally, anti-friction inter-leaf liners are integrated to minimize friction between leaves, resulting in a smoother, quieter ride experience. These springs are manufactured to meet ISO9001:2008 international quality standards. When installed, the Dobinsons L59-048-R leaf springs provide approximately 35mm of lift above the original new height. This lift, combined with the heavy-load rating, aims to improve the vehicle's stance and capability while also offering enhanced on-road comfort. It is important to note that greasable bush kits, greasable pins, and U-bolts are available separately and do not come included with the leaf springs.
