The AMS Performance Q50 & Q60 Rear Limited Slip Differential is a helical type LSD designed to improve traction. It allows for quicker acceleration and faster cornering by mechanically reducing slip between the rear wheels. Unlike factory open differentials that can cause wheel spin and loss of traction, this LSD ensures the rear wheels operate in unison.

The differential is constructed from HRC60 hardened 8620 forged steel for durability. It offers refined road manners without the clunking, binding, or chatter typically associated with other differential types, and requires zero additional maintenance compared to OEM units.

The AMS Performance Q50 & Q60 Rear Limited Slip Differential is engineered to significantly enhance your Infiniti's performance by addressing the limitations of its factory open differential. The stock setup often leads to unequal power distribution, resulting in wheel spin and reduced traction. This AMS LSD employs a helical design to mechanically reduce slip between the rear wheels, allowing them to work in unison and dramatically improving overall traction for both straight-line acceleration and cornering. Constructed from robust HRC60 hardened 8620 forged steel, this limited-slip differential is built for long-lasting reliability. A key advantage of the AMS Q LSD is its refined operation; it provides enhanced performance without the common drawbacks of clunking, binding, or chatter often experienced with other differential types. Furthermore, it requires zero additional maintenance compared to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) differential, simplifying ownership. Installation of the AMS limited slip differential is recommended by a qualified driveline shop. For optimal performance and longevity, the use of Motul Gear 300LS 75W-90 oil is recommended. This differential is specifically designed for the 2017-Current Infiniti Q60 (including all submodels, RWD and AWD, 2.0T, and 3.0T) and the 2014-Current Infiniti Q50 (including all submodels, RWD and AWD, 2.0T, 3.0T, and 3.7L).
