Rear Long Travel IMS Monotube Shock Absorbers

The Dobinsons IMS59-50941 is a pair of rear long travel IMS monotube shock absorbers engineered for enhanced performance in demanding off-road conditions, suitable for 2005-2023 Toyota Tacoma 4WD models. These shocks are built with a monotube design to resist fade even under harsh use, such as corrugated roads, towing, or racing. They incorporate larger 50 and 60mm high flow pistons, which reduce internal pressures and heat generation while facilitating faster heat dissipation through the shock body for improved damping performance and control during rough terrain and impacts. The construction includes a micropolished, hard-chromed, and heat-treated shock shaft, a CNC aluminum high-flow piston, and a DOM seamless tubing body, ensuring ultimate performance and off-road durability. Composite piston wear bands, premium Fuchs oil, and a race-style 3-stage sealing system minimize friction while maintaining longevity and reducing the need for frequent rebuilding.
